A £50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any party booking. Little Buddies reserves the right to cancel any party.  If a party is cancelled by Little Buddies then a deposit refund will be negotiated.

We politely ask that guests do not arrive until allocated party time and vacate promptly at the end of the party.  This will allow us time to tidy and clean the area for the next guests.

Any additional siblings accompanying party guests will be charged by our normal entrance charges.  

Please note we only charge for the number of guests who attend the party once the minimum numbers have been achieved.  If minimum number guests do not attend, please advise us which choice of additional meals are required. 

We allow birthday cakes to be brought to booked birthday parties but we ask that there are no visible nuts on the outside of the cake.  Due to severe allergies, as far as possible we try to be a NUT FREE site.

We will always try our hardest to accommodate allergies but we ask that ALL allergen requirements are reported to us 48hrs prior to the party.  We will try our utmost to make alternatives were needed but if we are unable to accomodate we will ask parents/guardians to provide food themselves and we will deliver the meal at the same time as the other party guests.  Please note - we may not be able to cater for some allergens if they are only reported at the time of the party.

Little Buddies is a parentally supervised play area and parents or guardians are completely responsible for children at all times whist at the playcentre.  Whilst the parent or guardian of the birthday child can take responsibility for guests, it is recommended that a minimum ratio of 1 adult per 5 children is adopted.  

Children must be under 1.48m (4’9”) to play on the play frame

Children must wear socks at all times within the playcentre and for added safety you may prefer long trousers and long sleeves.  Children are not permitted to play on the play structure with no top or trousers/skirt.

Please be advised, whilst we aim to a provide seating for all parents, we can only guarantee 16 parental seats per party.

Please note children under the age of 18, who are over the height limit are not allowed onto the equipment to supervise younger children.

Our ‘Rule of Play’ can be found within the ‘Visitor Info’ tab and we recommend that these are read prior to visiting.

All weekend party bookings are based on a 2 hour session.  However our weekday special party is priced on 1 hour 45 minutes. Time limits will be enforced during busy periods and we ask that you leave promptly at the end of your party to allow for the next party to begin.
