Booking terms and conditions
* All visitors require a ticket and need to do this using our online booking system prior to arrival. PLEASE NOTE that this includes any extra adults (each child is entitled to one free adult but ‘additional adults’ need to purchase an entry, this can be found alongside the children’s play session tickets).

PLEASE NOTE - If you have a FREE PLAY PASS these cannot be booked online, simply give us a call at the playcentre and we will book in your FREE SESSION for you.

*  Please be aware that we may not be able to accommodate anyone who attends the playcentre and has not purchased a ticket in advance.

*  We run TIMED SESSIONS and close in-between these sessions to clean - we wants to make sure that everyone who visits gets chance to visit us at our best and opening all day with no time to clean does not allow this.  Please can you assist our team by vacating the centre promptly at the end of your session so that we can ensure we are ready for our next session to begin.

*  Bookings are none transferable or refundable, should you purchase a ticket and change your mind about visiting we will be unable to refund or exchange your play session.

*  We host parties within the playcentre at set times. Should you happen to visit during one of these times, the seating on the wooden floor area is reserved for those attending the party only.  Please do not be offended if we ask you to move to another table within the playcentre.

Rules of Play & Entry
* All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 at all times.
We have members of staff who monitor the playcentre, but these staff members are not there to supervise children using the play-structure.  This is your responsibility.

*  We ask that all adults ensure that their children are aware of the rules of play which are displayed within the playcentre and that they adhere to them.

*  To ensure the safety of all of our young visitors, children must be under the height of 148cm to play. No exceptions will be made and we ask that if you enter the playcentre with non-playing children, you must ensure those children remain off the play-structure. We do not want to have to ask any group to leave but if this is not adhered to we have no choice.

*  Children who are unwell must not visit the playcentre.

*  For reasons of hygiene and safety we ask that all children and adults wear socks (it is not recommended to wear climbing socks with rubber on the bottom if children are going to be using the slide).

*  Only food or drink purchased in LITTLE BUDDIES CAFE can be consumed within the premises.

*  Strictly no food or drink (including sweets or chewing gum) are to be taken into the play areas - this can be a dangerous choking hazard.

*  Smoking is not permitted in any area of the playcentre - this includes VAPES.

* All sharp objects must be removed from pockets and not taken into the play-structure.  Please do not allow children to wear lanyards or necklaces whilst on the playframe.

Our staff do an amazing job within the playcentre at trying to keep our visitors safe whilst enjoying their visit, and will encourage all visitors to adhere to these rules - Verbal or physical abuse towards any of our team will not be tolerated.

LITTLE BUDDIES reserve the right to refuse entry to or ask anyone to leave the playcentre without refund should any of these rules not be followed.
